Lesson Policies: Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show
To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for both our coaches and families, we have established the following policies.
Cancellation

You are allowed to cancel your booking through your account at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice of your session) must contact us directly and may be subject to pay the full service fee. For emergency cancellations (e.g. medical, flight delay, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fee.
Rescheduling

You are allowed to reschedule your booking through your account at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, subject to availability.

Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours' notice of your session) must contact us directly and may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of your service.

Clients may reschedule up to 3 times within a 30-day period. Additional requests may be treated as cancellation and subject to the full lesson charge.

To avoid this fee, we strongly advise you to cancel your reservation and book a new time slot when you are better prepared.
No-Shows
1st no-show: You’ll receive a courtesy warning.
2nd no-show within 6 months: You will be charged 50% of the service fee.
3rd no-show within 6 months: You will be charged the full service fee and lose booking privileges for 30 days.
A no-show is defined as missing a lesson without contacting us beforehand.
Refund

All sales are final and are non-refundable.

In rare circumstances, Home Plate Hawaii may consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, solely at our discretion. Please contact us within 7 days of your service delivery date to review your concerns.

All communication must be documented to ensure accuracy.
Exception
Life happens! We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to these policies on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
By scheduling lessons & purchasing services from Home Plate Hawaii, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of these policies including cancellation, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds.
