Wristbands are the quickest and easiest way to remind yourself of something positive in the heat of the moment.  Sometimes we focus on results too much and forget that baseball is a game and its meant to be fun.  If you want to play to the best of your abilities on the field, stop worrying so much on results and just have fun.
