Small Group Lesson
Service Description
Grab a friend and book your session today! Our small group training offers the same personalized coaching but with fewer reps and the added benefit of training with a buddy (max 4 people). Just like in 1-on-1 lessons, each athlete is evaluated based on their individual skills and needs, ensuring targeted instruction in hitting, fielding, or speed & conditioning. Plus, training in a group setting creates healthy competition, pushing players to work harder and improve faster—all while having fun! REMINDER - You are responsible for finding your own group.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You are allowed to cancel your booking through your account at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) must contact us directly and may be subject to pay the full service fee. For emergency cancellations (e.g. medical, flight delay, family emergency), please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any cancellation fee. Rescheduling: You are allowed to reschedule your booking through your account at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson, subject to availability. Late rescheduling (within 24 hours of the lesson) must contact us directly and may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of your service. Clients may reschedule up to 3 times within a 30-day period. Additional requests may be treated as cancellations and subject to the full lesson charge. No-Shows: 1st no-show: You’ll receive a courtesy warning. 2nd no-show within 6 months: You will be charged 50% of the service fee. 3rd no-show within 6 months: You will be charged the full service fee and lose booking privileges for 30 days. A no-show is defined as missing a lesson without contacting us beforehand. Exceptions: Life happens! We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise, and we will consider exceptions to these policies on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
