  • What age do you accept for baseball lessons?
    Home Plate Hawaii welcomes baseball players of all ages and skill levels. Whether your child is an enthusiastic 4-year-old just learning the basics or you’re a 64-year-old looking to sharpen your game, Coach Matt is here to help. Our mission is to provide personalized baseball lessons that help every player build confidence, develop skills, and reach their goals, no matter their age or experience.   • Do you offer any discounts?
    Yes! We always offer 50% off your very first lesson. Please note this special discount applies only to a 1-on-1, one-hour private lesson. No promo code is required—your discount will be applied in person at the time of your session.
  • Do you work with softball players?
    Yes, absolutely! We welcome softball players and tailor lessons to their needs. We just ask that you bring your own softballs to each session.
  • What should my child wear or bring to their lesson?
    Comfortable athletic wear is perfect—shorts and regular athletic shoes are fine. Please bring your child’s bat and glove for hitting practice. A helmet is optional, but they are welcome to bring one if it makes them feel more comfortable and confident.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept cash or Venmo for lesson payments. Payment can be made at the time of your session for your convenience.
  • Where are baseball lessons held at?
    Baseball lessons are held in the Waipio Gentry area of Oahu. For privacy and safety, we share the exact location once your lesson is booked. Please contact us directly for details.
  • Can I use my lesson package for other services?
    Lesson packages are only valid for 1-on-1, one-hour private lessons. They cannot be used for any other services at this time.
  • How do I schedule a lesson with my package?
    Log in with the account you used to purchase the package—your package is already linked to your profile. When scheduling a lesson, simply choose your package at checkout as the payment method. You can track your remaining lessons and upcoming bookings right from your profile. Everything is kept organized in one place.
  • Can I buy multiple packages?
    Yes, you can purchase multiple packages. Each package must be used within its 6-month expiration period. You are responsible for booking and redeeming all lessons before they expire.
  • If I cancel or reschedule a lesson booked with my package, will I get the credit back?
    Yes, the credit will automatically be returned to your account if you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you may lose that credit.
